The project entails dredging approximately 50,000 cubic yards of material with dredging operations taking place in the evenings to accommodate the daytime ferry schedule. Keystone Harbor is located by Coupeville and Whidbey Island. Work is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2020. See articles and photos below
